What is already built

Most early-stage projects ask you to imagine the product. TerraCare is past that point. Every item here exists today.

A full social and video app — feed, short video, stories, live streaming and a creator marketplace, on a sovereign identity you own. People can sign up and use it.

The TerraCare Ledger

An append-only settlement engine with a durable outbox and signed writes. Every gift, sale and split is recorded and auditable.

A live blockchain

A permissioned chain with the ecosystem's contracts deployed and running — the revenue split is enforced in code, not in a policy document.

End-to-end encryption

Private messages are genuinely end-to-end encrypted on device. The server holds public keys only and cannot read a single message.

A conservation commitment

A fixed 15% of every transaction is committed to conservation and new worldly projects — enforced by the Ledger on every flow.

An AI overseer that watches the health of the whole ecosystem continuously, and reports honestly on what is and is not working.

What we are looking for

Partners, not just capital

The most valuable thing a partner brings is rarely money. It is reach, credibility, infrastructure, or a community that the ecosystem is genuinely built to serve. We would rather have a small number of the right partners than a large number of cheques.

Partnership is deliberately limited. It is not open-ended, and it is not first-come-first-served.

  • Distribution — an audience or a community the ecosystem can genuinely serve.
  • Infrastructure — hardware, hosting or network capacity for the Hivegrid layer.
  • Domain standing — conservation, indigenous partnership, media or regulated finance.
  • Capital — support to reach launch and beyond, on terms agreed properly and openly.
